Senator McGuire, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                              
State Affairs Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                                                 
NO. 175(JUD) am "An Act relating to the prohibition of the exercise                                                             
of the power of eminent domain against a recreational structure for the                                                         
purposes of developing a recreational facility or project; and relating                                                         
to access to fishing waterways." Without objection, the bill was                                                                
referred to the Judiciary then Finance Committees.
